feat(sdk): 补 8 个只读原始响应方法；导出下载可禁止重定向
新增 _raw 方法(供大数据用例预演只读选参与造数精确回读，走 sendParamsRequestNoFormat 保留原始响应与 Trace)：
- youth_map_default_config_raw(GET /api/youth/map/defaultConfig)
- model_cluster_area_page_raw(POST /api/modelCluster/area/page)
- chance_point_model_cluster_raw(POST /api/standard/chancePoint/modelCluster)
- standard_task_cluster_list_raw / _add_raw / _create_raw
- chance_point_save_raw、standard_chance_point_detail_raw
- model_capacity_branch_company_agg_raw
download_export_file 新增仅关键字参数 allow_redirects(默认 True)： 关闭重定向时若返回 3xx 直接抛错，避免预签名地址被重定向到非预期目标。
.gitignore 补 build/、dist/：pip install . 产生的构建产物禁止提交。
注：新增方法后必须 pip install 才能在测试侧生效
